      Pros

      Fun and friendly people. CEO, intelligent and great with vision and ideas. Enthusiastic environment especially in design and tech. Freedom to experiment and grow.

      Cons

      Management sucks at some level. Product team lacks vision and experience. No townhalls, no office parties that leads to employees unaware of companies objectives and goals.
