ShippingEasy is easily the BEST workplace ever. Why? The People- First and foremost, everyone who works here, from management to fellow co-workers, is friendly, easygoing, and EXUDING warmth. People want to get to know who you are, they genuinely care about you. The ShippingEasy culture is dripping with an authenticity that every company in the world touts but most don't actually have. You will pick up that realness from every single person you talk to here. The Career- Sales is hard work, no doubt, but under Matt’s leadership (sales director), the helping hand of mentors like Adam and Brad, and your incredibly helpful coworkers who are not only talented salespeople but skilled teachers…you have all the support, knowledge, and talent you could ever ask for. There is no shortage of wisdom or encouragement. The Perks- Paid Time Off, super comprehensive Health Insurance, an impressively high salary…it really is mind-boggling how well ShippingEasy takes care of its own in every way.
