Pros

Day after day, I hit up the Devs (Slack, ZenDesk, Asana) with a crazy amount of request, fixes, and questions. Every single time, they are not only quick to respond, but they are also lightning fast to fix problems and create solutions. I am blown away by the talent that we have, and I am so very lucky to work at a company with the best Development team EVER! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Cons

Nope, love the culture, grateful for my amazing boss, have the best co-workers, and couldn't ask for a better Operations team. In fact, believe it or not, I look forward to coming to work!
