WFH is great but - Business Analyst ShipERP Employee Review

I double checked and our leads here do have decades of experience but do not know how to manage people. You are basically thrown to the wolves. Future of our career looking dead end. Processes are very premature if there are even any. Ive never had a company with such weird policies before. Other reviews are correct that mgmt dont seem to know what they're doing. Also if you're late to work, there is charge on your salary but they don't pay overtime. Considering the pay isnt even competitive employees will be at a loss here. The setup of the teams are also very "cost cutting". Instead of having an actual team per project, you only have two people regardless of complexity and the workload is too much for how low the salary is. You have to file timesheet all the time. Might also be an immediate red flag that they encourage downloading and accessing work tools on personal gadgets. Probably to have access to you 24/7 even though you're supposed to be off work. Team buildings require attendance and they will act like extremely possessive owners scrutinizing every reason if you say you can't attend. 🚩
