Pros

Great onboarding process, on the surface folks seem wonderful to work with and welcoming. Very good training programs and a good place to start for someone right out of college. Not a place for anyone that embraces LGBT diversity or a more progressive / open work culture where every employee believes they can/should bring their full self to work every day.

Cons

Pay 30-50% below industry standards. Benefits are poor- 3% 401-K match with 5-year vesting, OK insurance but very costly. A very basic HDHP for a family is over 900 per month employee cost. What they deem a "Cadillac" plan is nothing more than a lower end to average PPO with higher deductibles and out of pocket max then I have seen in like industries and is 1600 per month employee cost for a family plan - 1400 for spouse and employee. The biggest deal breaker for me was the lack of awareness for diversity. During my orientation I had to correct multiple folks - including HR several times - I do not have a wife, but a husband (yes I am a dude - yes a husband) (or better yet spouse) it is 2025 folks let's not just assume everyone fits your world view. - . I do not think at the corporate office this was by intention- just complete lack of awareness. My experience after orientation in my field role was the same but with undertone's diversity was not too welcome (specifically being gay). Not the open and inclusive environment I was accustomed to or expected from this industry and light years behind the competitor I worked at prior in terms of having an inclusive and fully welcoming environment for all employees to feel comfortable/thrive in. I left the organization within my first year.
