No job security, startup culture(even though it's been operating for 5+ years) which leads to consistently being overworked and understaffed, below average pay, weak leadership and unprofessionalism from the great majority of the c-suite, unclear or inexistent career paths, little cultural diversity in the upper levels, unlimited vacation(it's really not better for you), messy payroll processes for those who work via the app.
