Pros
Sweet and talented students make teaching enjoyable. Most staff members are friendly and easy to get along with. No micromanagement if you can do the job well and cause no customer complaints. Weekly lessons are already made and designed. Training period is provided. Curriculum is quite unique and interesting to teach initially. 4.5 day work week for two out of three center locations.
Cons
Poor communication between management team and employees. Favoritism is blatant for certain members of staff. Instances of subtle bullying and hostility by a minority of staff (management won't aim to fix as they are quite oblivious to these cases). Little to no increases in salary. No chance or progression to become head teacher (favoritism is most obvious for those at the top). Be mentally and physically prepared to teach many children under 2 years old with parents who have tiger parent tendencies (not something for everyone). Curriculum will eventually become boring to teach after around half a year. Questionable business decisions regarding the company by owners.
