Pros
Absolutely nothing, if I could give them a lower rating, I would. Management quotes equality and parity all day long and yet are as far away from those 2 words as they can be.
Cons
Rampant favoritism and discrimination - so blatant it's disgusting. No HR dept so management does whatever they like and says whatever they want with impunity. Clueless and incompetent management, so don't expect any sensible resolutions to any problems you have. The processes keep increasing until you are bogged down and unable to submit candidates efficiently and quickly. An utter lack of professionalism with management - freely slandering employees to other employees. This is a company that has been in business for 20+ years with little or no growth, it's a constant revolving door with employees leaving, or being fired with absolutely no notice or counseling. Management has no current industry experience, dates back to 1999 and cumulative industry experience is approximately 2 years. Obfuscation and chasing our tails is management's style. Don't expect any concise answers to any questions you have, or issues you need addressed. Employees are freely allowed to slander other employees publicly and in front of other employees with no repercussions. Rules are in place and enforced for some, but not others. No appreciation for producers - The commission structure was changed so that in 2020 for the same amount of effort, you will end up making far less. The answer? "work harder". For seasoned professional Recruiters looking for career progression and a professional environment, this is not the place for you. On the other hand, if you are someone with poor communication skills and an entitled attitude, then you should fit in just fine. There is no work, life balance here, you are expected to meet your projected metrics before taking any time off. This is a metrics driven shop it's all about quantity not quality. ""Submit to submit" regardless of whether they are a fit for the role or not. The environment is hostile and toxic.
