Pros
The work done at Shepherd Center is incredibly rewarding! Every staff member here is making a difference for the patients and families that we serve every day! Shepherd management does a great job of cultivating a fun and positive culture while still providing state of the art rehab treatment.
Cons
While the culture remains fun and positive, the work can be emotionally taxing. There are not clear paths for growth and professional advancement for every field.
