Lack of Empathy of Management - SCI Nurse Shepherd Center Employee Review

I had a few tragedies happen while employed there. My brother shot him self in the head and I missed some days to be there for my family! Then I developed an allergic reaction to a medication right before my shift and was fired on the spot. At the the time upper management was promoting compassion burnout and telling management that they needed to limit compassion for employees calling out to work. My situation deserved compassion and I did not deserve to be fired.
