      Worked on real products in the edtech space, focused on kids learning to code. Used modern frontend tools (React, TypeScript, Vite). The team was helpful and open to sharing. Got to be involved in both development and deployment.

      Cons

      Fast-paced, sometimes rushed deadlines. Product requirements changed late in the process.

      - Have relatively cutting edge technologies in frontend engineering - Have completely development process(CR, CI, etc.) - Nice environment for entry-level engineers to kickstart

      Cons

      - High percentage of human turnovers - Business and projects are little bit tedious - Not friendly on transfer between teams within the company - Salary is not totally competitive in Shenzhen
