Pros
Great competitive pay for a new grad rn with regular pay increases. Blew away what was being offered to me at HCA and Bon Secours after graduating. I love my coworkers, from EVS, to the cooks who make the best salad bar I've ever seen at a hospital, my fellow nurses and nurse techs, all of the incredible and dedicated therapists (PT, OT, SLP), to leadership, I can't say enough great things about working here. It feels like my second family and I've only been there about 7 months.
Cons
Every nursing job has its challenges. We could definitely use more staff, especially Nurse Techs who in my opinion don't get paid nearly enough for what they do, however I do believe their pay is competitive with other hospitals.
