      Working with lots of nice people and a generally positive atmosphere. Company focus on leadership principles

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement. Leadership don’t value or understand modern software development. Leadership are unwilling to grow and make promises they don’t intend to keep.

      Management is great! ofc you get the one off but for the most part, the people i work with are the sweetest.

      Cons

      It is difficult to get a promotion because the listings are limited but i think that has more to do with the state of the economy.
