Shell has very good work culture and is a flat organization. Though in the software engineering community you might find some hierarchy and politics, all other areas seems better. The pay is good and you get unlimited sick leaves. The current policy also gives you a Hybrid work environment were you don't have to be in the office all days. For women employees, this is a good place to be. You can always extend your maternity leave beyond 6 months and you won't be judged. No onsite .
