      People are generally really nice and easy going. I don’t often dislike colleagues which I do appreciate and makes work more enjoyable

      Cons

      There isn’t the fastest progression. Slow to move between job grades. I think company are aware but change is slow

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
