You never know what the day will bring and it can be a little stressful, but nothing that is not manageable.

-paid weekly -you get your deposit back on uniforms when you quit -The CEO and President are awesome people. I have nothing but good things to say about them but they of course deal with the big picture so you don’t really see or hear from them ever.

-Lack of communication from Operations to Site Supervisors. -Do not expect to take a day off even for an emergency without pushback. -I was told one starting rate and then received a lower one with the promise of a raise after time but that time never came even after I pushed multiple times. -My Supervisor was awesome at first and super responsive but after two months he will ghost me when I need anything from him pertaining to the job but when he needs something from me I’m supposed to be at the ready. -I was told I was going to be promoted in a few months and I was eager and working my butt off only to find out from my OM that the next promotion makes the same I do now. Why would I take a promotion with more responsibilities for the same rate?
