A company that isn’t like any other. I have experienced tremendous growth throughout my employment with Shashi. I started as an intern & was given the opportunity to work in different departments. I was able to work my way up as a sales assistant. Not only did I gain experience, skills & knowledge that is an advantage for my career path, but also within my personal growth. Most employees started out as interns & now play significant roles within the company. The owner is very kind, inspiring, generous & motivating. She brings out the best in every employee. She sees her employees as her family & that’s the type of relationship any employee would want to have with their employer. She wants her employees to have jobs that they’re passionate about, jobs that they would want to wake up to. My only reasoning in regards to the negative reviews is that those individuals were incapable of understanding what it takes to be the best employee & of overcoming any circumstance that hinders them from being so. More advantages: friendly environment, great women to work with, flexible hours, amazing pay, more perks.
