I joined Sharpest Minds as mentee and have found the business model very exploitative. You are charged a percentage of your PRE-TAX income for 12 MONTHS. That is insane. No mentorship is worth that much money. I was disappointed by the income sharing model. It is exploitative specially for the new immigrants. If anyone is every thinking of joining then only join with pay for each meeting and only with the mentor that MATCHES your skillset . I would say it didn't help me much and now I am stuck paying hefty amount of money for an entire YEAR. Use TRIEC instead. Don't get exploited.
