I was always supported, valued and trusted by management and treated as a person, not just an employee. The culture is a standout - you are surrounded by colleagues who celebrate your wins, help you through challenges and genuinely want you to thrive. Professional development is a focus, with clear pathways, ongoing training and leaders who actively coach and mentor. Most importantly, the business truly lives its values. The focus on people is not just a slogan, its reflected in everyday interactions, decisions and the way the business operates. This was my best job by far in my long career and I cannot recommend them more highly.
