      Respect by management No micromanagement Positive coworkers Organized Respect from other staff (which is nonexistent for rad techs in other hospitals) Working in areas that you like and shine in Work life balance (which I hadn’t experienced in a hospital until here, and I’ve been a tech for 15 years

      Cons

      Retirement package not as good as Kaiser and UCSD, but working there is not worth it due to hostile work environment, and Sharp pays more than them now.

      The benefits package in particular is better than any other place I've worked. The pay is competitive. Great collaboration and respect between doctors and nurses
