      I love the staff, the patients and their families and the really enjoy the people I work with

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive with other hospitals or for cost of living in San Diego. We are losing good experienced staff to other hospitals

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
