Pros
I get to experience a lot of training on certain machines and conditions for certain patients. They provide classes enough for you to attend so that you are properly trained. And I get so much support when I have questions. Such as CRRT, CODE ICE, IMPELLA, BALLOON PUMP Etc.
Cons
Their scheduling and requirement to work at least Monday or Friday (should total 3) in a month and that's on top of your requirement to work every other weekend.
