      Pros

      My department really cares about each individual and values work/life balance. It’s nice to finally work somewhere that doesn’t feel like walking on egg shells. I love working here!

      Cons

      Some upper management disorganization and communication issues lead to us being misinformed but it is a known issue they are trying to address.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
