Pros
The hearts of the executive leadership of this company are top notch - and definitely in the right place for a non-profit company focused on providing the best patient experience. I learned so much in terms of customer experience, in addition to so much more here. I would have stayed if I hadn't moved out of the area with my family.
Cons
Though the benefits are very competitive I think one could probably make a bit more elsewhere. Though if you're looking for a great company and opportunity to make a difference - I don't think you'll be disappointed. Growth may be an issue depending on your speciality. I was with the organization for over a decade and received a merit increase each year - but if you're looking to climb on the corporate side I've noticed most advances come to those who leave and come back.
