      Pros

      Large organization with widespread opportunities.

      Cons

      Somewhat of an "artificial" culture of caring for employees. The top level of senior leadership definitely walks the walk, but below that level, not so much. I witnessed a great deal of hypocrisy.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
