      Fair pay Great management Great employees/team-oriented - Sharp is selective w/ who they hire! The remodeled hospital(Sharp Memorial) is beautiful Private patient rooms Attentive staff - I was also a patient at two Sharp Hospital locations and they truly provide excellent care

      I can't think of any cons. I was happy with my employer and received wonderful care when I was a patient.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
