Pros
Sharp it's always striving to be the best of the best. Best place to work, best place to practice medicine, and best place to receive care. They stay very advanced with computers and technology. They have computerized charting and computerized orders, medications are barcode scanned, etc.
Cons
Sharp pays their nurses VERY LOW WAGES compared to the rest of San Diego market. Especially with how successful this company is. San Diego is too expensive to have this low pay!!!
