Pros
Good benefits: 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision. Lots of vacation days. Parent company (Sharp Electronics Corp) is a great company to work for, that really values their employees. Coworkers were some of the nicest people I have worked with.
Cons
Generally poor work environment. Excessive downsizing has lead to some people being tasked with more than they can possibly accomplish, and no assistance is offered. Most promotions seem to be based more on personal relationships than actual job performance.
