Pros
Love the team and love the company. Although it is a global company, the team itself in NYC is fairly small. You'd expect very corporate vibes, but the culture itself is super start-upy. VP of the company is very involved and understanding unlike many other corporate companies. This is definitely a place for someone who has a chill and down to earth personality, do NOT apply if you prefer to be micro-managed or want a serious, structured job. At the same time, the lack of structure is what makes the company amazing. It is not for everyone but I absolutely love the flexibility. Plus, great snacks and they have Nespresso, not the cheap generic coffee! BONUS: Pets in office are also allowed!

Incredibly fast paced and demanding, it is obvious if you are not doing your job as each role coordinates with each other.
