Regular training requirements, some days are really busy regarding client care others can be pretty slow.

Some flexibility. You can essentially do whatever you want since the leaders are too busy thinking they are content creators. They’ll throw your bone every once in a while with their silly engagement disasters. Paid holidays but you’ll work most of them. The focus here is about Marketing and we make mega money on our gambling team too. Bet people don’t even know we are a substance use treatment center.

Worthless benefits that have high deductibles. Too expensive to add your kiddos or family. Lots of PTO but best of luck ever being able to take it. Very condescending counselors as well as EVERY single member of the leadership team. The new CEO is the worst culprit. He could seriously use some humble pie. Also, he plays favorites, especially to certain female employees. Not sure how he got the job. Does not seem to know what he’s doing. The leadership team seems very busy trying to make things look good on social media, attend events, bill as much as they can for poor client care, and figure out ways to compensate and pay themselves more than to fix or care about the issues with the rest of us. Evidently, they just give themselves whatever titles they want regardless of their qualifications and to make themselves look more important than they are which makes other organizations laugh at us because it’s so silly. Counselors and the leadership team are out of the building by one or two in the afternoon and they’ll close the whole place down so they can go attend events while the rest of us sit here and do all the work and care the clients. Most of us are looking for better jobs. Soooo much turnover. It used to be a good place to work, but it’s really gone downhill in the last year or so. To sum it up, it’s toxic on all levels.
