It's an uber woke environment, where everyone has an opinion and a gripe about something. Turnover is ridiculously high, because despite being a small organization, it seems incredibly difficult for upper management to understand what the workforce want and need. Instead, they focus vast amounts of time and resources on DEI working groups, forums, committees that lead to nothing. Then, there isn't enough money to raise salaries, but there is enough to organize a three day corporate retreat at an events centre, with all expenses paid for the whole organization. Some people are so frustrated and disillusioned, they eventually turn to the. corporate world. Nevertheless, with the coming change in the political landscape, with people beginning to push back on all the woke nonsense, they are beginning to feel a pinch in funding as donors are turning towards other more common sense non profits.
