The first thing that I noticed at Shaping Cloud was that it actually lives and breathes the idea of nurturing a positive company culture. So often, this aspect gets claimed during interview stages, but it was refreshing to see it actually in action when I joined. I work within a team of very knowledge experts in their field which was a welcome relief, because one never wants to be the smartest cookie in the jar and I’m far from that at Shaping Cloud.
