Pros
1) You get to walk around Mountain View parks and downtown as the office environment is always stressed and over crowded. 2) Massage chairs because you need it after exhausting day at work
Cons
1) Overworked employees 2) If you are not putting 15 hour working days you are not a "good" employee 3) Smiling means you are not having enough work 4) Executives lie to board members and employees 5) Management hide key finance numbers 6) Company prefers to hire inexperienced people who have no angel to life other than being a geek
