No structure, poor training, minimal support, huge employee turnover.

I truly do not see any "pros" of working for Shape Industries.

Exploitive Low Wages No Benefits Awful Management No Organization No Respect For Employees People working there for 20 years still making minimum wage They still give cheques instead of direct deposit because its still 1980. Machinery is in poor condition, under maintained, and some even missing key safety features.
