Pros

Health insurance that covers the best hospitals and offers high reimbursement, with very good meal and transportation allowances.

Cons

The Shape company is facing serious challenges due to ineffective management, revealing a lack of basic understanding regarding people management. The leaders, who barely deserve that title, are predominantly men. Instead of supporting and recognizing the women they lead, they feel threatened and hinder their progress. There are reports to the Human Resources department about inappropriate behavior by some men, including moral harassment and sexual harassment. Surprisingly, these individuals remain in their positions. Meanwhile, women are dismissed with vague and unsatisfactory justifications. The situation is deteriorating rapidly. In addition to reducing salary ranges, the company is hiring junior employees and expecting them to perform as mid/senior. The problems are widespread and affect various departments. Most employees are exhausted due to intense demands and lack of recognition. For many, changing jobs is just a matter of opportunity. This is a warning for those considering joining the company as juniors: be prepared to perform at a mid/senior level with minimal or no help/guidance. And if you are a woman, be aware that the discourse on diversity and equality is just a facade to create a modern image of the company, without reflecting the reality of the situation.
