I enjoy the work and the variety of work .I like the people I work with.

Pay and benefits could be a little better.

Pay is usually by the mile starting at 50¢ for regional and 40¢ for loads further than 400 miles from base. Get an assigned sleeper truck.

Will make promises from time to time that they “forget” about. Will have you on the road over night with no notice at times. Work 5 days a week but will have you work over that if they need you without notice and sometimes not by your choice
