Pros

Work from home. Money & time off.

Cons

Travel. If the client does not like you and you are not able to do long distance / long term travel to service another client you probably will not be successful. Also long hours (60+) really are needed to fit in & keep up.

Thank you for your comments. Sevan works hard to create a flexible environment for our team. Many people work from home on schedules that work for them and for our clients. At Sevan we have a variety of roles. Travel differs based on business line, client, region, program and office support. To better align certain “client facing” team members we may have them meet and interview with our client. Your suggestion about this is a good one, and we agree. Sometimes personalities clash. Sevan’s team members go above and beyond to deliver excellence for our clients. This in turn creates more business opportunities! Workloads do fluctuate. We pride ourselves in being a meritocracy. We reward people who distinguish themselves as superb performers. Occasionally people do work long hours, but often that situation is a function of client workloads ebbing and flowing. We at Sevan do our best to “level load” our team while also being very responsive our client’s needs. We know we could do better. As a company that’s been ranked a Great Place to Work® for the past 5 years and a Best Place to Work in Illinois for the past 2 years, we are committed to listening to our team members and continually looking for ways to improve. Thanks again - your thoughts are helpful and provide good insights.

Pros

Sevan is a place where I feel seen and heard when I bring up things I want to see or change. It is a very collaborative environment, and I love that I get to work with such a great team and wonderful managers. They explain, are very thorough, transparent and are here to help me grow. Overall, best place I have worked at by far!

Cons

I really have no cons at the moment. I know working remote can be difficult, but the company is finding solutions to help ease that and help us all gather at different times of the year.

Pros

Fun work at times, hands off managers

Cons

Disorganized. Didn’t take the time to get to know me or the benefits I could bring to the company. They removed my health insurance on the day they decided the temporary employment was over.
