Pros
The people I work with are great and fun to be around. I learn something new from my coworkers on a regular basis. The brands SET works on are great for my portfolio. I appreciate that I get to work on a wide variety of projects which keeps things interesting. I have worked at a lot of different agencies and SET is my favorite because they are hungry as a company to put their name on the map. This has been a con for some but I personally enjoy it.
Cons
SET has definitely gone through some growing pains since I have been here and many people have left or have been let go to my disappointment. This isn't the place for someone looking to work a strict 9-5. I will say that management has acknowledged the workflow issues the company has had and they systematically put plans into action to correct them, sometimes with success and sometimes without. I feel like some people have thought the changes haven't been made quick enough but there has been a noticeable improvement and it feels like it's getting better all the time.
