Pros
Easily one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Management is intelligent and forward-thinking. The product itself is legitimately exciting, and everyone is passionate/proud of what we do. No micromanagement and a relaxed atmosphere mean we bring results through hard work, passion, and mutually shared trust/respect. You couldn't ask for more.
Cons
None that immediately spring to mind. Sales is a tough job, but is made infinitely easier by having the right tools, and the right people in the right places.
