Pros
Work from home (sometimes) although - you may be asked to come in to the office with little as 24 hour notice. Boundaries? Work life balance? Never met them.
Cons
Over promise and underdeliver should be Sesimi's tag line. But if you are considering working there (heaven only knows why), here's a taste of what you’re signing up for: Ever fantasized about working at a circus? Well look no further, your managers are clowns! Leadership operates in complete secrecy, making bizarre, self-serving decisions that are either totally detached from reality or ethically questionable at best. Expect zero transparency, endless cover-ups, and a nauseating amount of corporate gaslighting. Morally Bankrupt (but sometimes, you may also not get paid?): This company has no ethics, no principles, and certainly no shame. If you believe in doing the right thing, you’ll be laughed at (literally) and steamrolled. Toxic Work Culture: Senior leadership and management are blatantly rude and disrespectful to their staff. Harassment, belittling, and open hostility are just another Tuesday around here. Chaos, Not Collaboration: There’s absolutely no direction, no vision, and certainly no teamwork. Everyone is left to fend for themselves in a whirlwind of incompetence and petty client politics. Zero Development(maybe negative because I think I lost a few brain cells): Forget learning, growth, or training — they shove you into the deep end with no resources and no support. If you fail, they’ll simply blame you and move on to the next poor soul. Nonexistent HR: Shockingly (but are you really shocked though?), there is no HR department. If you have a problem, tough luck — you're on your own. Complaints vanish into thin air, and accountability doesn't exist here. Bottom Line: Working here will destroy your motivation, ruin your mental health, kill your career momentum, and leave you questioning every decision you’ve ever made.
