Has had luck hiring competent staff (although they all end up leaving)
Cons
Damien (the CEO) is a pathological liar about many aspects of the business (to his employees, investors, and customers). You're expected to have zero work/life balance with pay WAY below your results, with a promise and wink at stock options which never really come (and when they do are essentially worthless). All you need to do is look at the people who have worked there in the past to see the revolving door here.
