Pros

The class materials were top notch, Jon Carmen was the facilitator and he did an excellent job in leading the class. Plenty of time for questions and participant interaction. I came away from this training with a better grasp of interview techniques and leading a high performance organization focused on consistent implementation of tactics that generate superior sales results.

Cons

Could have used another 2-3 hours of in class time on the third day.

Pros

Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

Pros

Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

Cons

Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
