Management expects staff to work with her 24/7. If staff are unable to respond or carry out instructions immediately, the CEO will scream and use very inappropriate language for a professional. She often belittles staff and gives unclear instructions. In addition, she is unable to accept opinions or views from other managers. Managers usually end up acting as low-level staff and doing work outside their job descriptions. There is also favoritism, where only certain staff are considered company assets, while others feel unappreciated and are often scolded with inappropriate language. The company also fails in its responsibilities as an employer, such as not paying EPF, SOCSO, and PCB on time. I would not recommend this company because what was promised and the project was a complete scam. The company also failed in everything, even the ceo failed follow the SOP and financial management
