      Pros

      They will expect you to keep long hours and on most occasions you will be working for free. No comp time and when you are out sick you will not be compensated.

      Cons

      They are simply dishonest. They will call you after two months to reduce your salary. Very poor management style. Inconsistency in job titles. They pay below the industry rate and most times expect you to work for free. Employee beware. They don’t follow US standards for employment.
