      Lots of overtime so you can make extra money, great benefits! Septa as a whole is a great company..

      Cons

      Stressful environment, No personal life because of how scheduling is made, Mentally draining, could be dangerous dealing with passengers, no support from management! You are just a number!

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
