Pros
Well, free make up and an employee discount make everything a little better. Being surrounded by make up and other people excited about make up can be very rewarding. It's a mostly fun environment to be in.
Cons
The most inconsistent hours I've ever had in my LIFE. I've worked here for 2 years and I never know if I'm going to work 4 days a week or none! (And you need full availability, good luck having a second job!) It's hell if you have any bills. I only recommend this job if you are a student, bored housewife with a husband that pays for everything, or still living at home and never plan to move out. You can't trust anyone, and every little thing you do can effect how much you work. No one but management gets full time hours, and if you think you're going to get promoted, think again. It's a big game of favorites, no matter how stellar your performance is. If you can live off of $500 a month you'll be fine here.
