Awesome management staff Great for part-time, or if you're starting out in cosmetics (apply for seasonal and you'll get hired if you're a good employee) They provide a TON of training Gratis (random, not chosen most of the time) Discount 20% and sometimes brands offer extra A lot of opportunity outside of Sephora - brands hire old Sephora employees

No room to grow (from part to full time) Favoritism LIKE CRAZY Cashiers would be paid more than people in other areas when the other areas have much more responsibility and duties You can't pick your gratis - so a lot of the time you're given things you don't know what to do with (product waste)
