      Regular hours, clear expectations, respectful work environment. Onboarding was helpful and clear.

      The company is deeply afraid of high turnover and will take ages to hire new workers or replace old ones, rather than risk hiring a poor fit. It means those currently working have to take on the burden of extra work in the interim.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
