Relaxed atmosphere, (very) good people, no dress code, good location in Samcheong-dong area, editing experience, some days are low pressure, CEO generally a good person (although often confused), no company outings that force you to drink
Cons
Low pay, magazine deadlines a drag, few vacation days, emotionally unstable founder and chief editor, no room for upward movement, one person=one department
