Highly stressful, little to no breaks because of QUE demand, Managers and Call review reps are bias and will give you lower call quality if they don't like you, No way to move up, no pay increase even after a year with good score reviews , schedule or shift change is impossible. CSR2's don't respond to you sometimes and are rude, good luck if your sick, only value people who have been here for several years, Managers don't listen to you, product quality is very poor.
